Fantastic Stay!

larger rooms comfy beds helpful staff retractable clothesline

The rooms were larger than expected! The beds were super comfy and the pillows were AMAZING!!! The retractable clothesline in the bathroom was a must when traveling with kids. The concierge staff were super knowledgeable about the city and attractions. They also helped in organizing taxis and stored our bags when our flight arrived early.

the hotel location was great near public transport. multiple restaurants sit close. the room had a nice-sized tv and a bath.

The hotel did not email me a receipt when i asked. This caused some trouble.

convenient location comfortable bed dining credit

i found the location very convenient near the shopping centre and train station. the room was clean with a comfortable bed. i liked the option to opt out of housekeeping for a dining credit.

the bar stayed open until late causing some noise disruption.

faulty air conditioning portable heater

The breakfast buffet included a good selection of tasty food and the staff were friendly.

The air conditioning did not work properly. It was stuck at 25 degrees and would not change to heating mode. A repairman acknowledged the problem, and I got a portable heater for the cold nights.
